Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all enquiries, quotations, sales, and services provided by TL Engineering Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed once accepted in writing by TL Engineering.
• Changes to orders after confirmation may incur additional costs.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are strictly as outlined on our invoice.
• Late payments may attract interest charges and recovery costs.

3. Supply of Goods & Services

• We will make every effort to deliver within agreed timeframes but accept no liability for delays outside our control.
• Title to goods remains with TL Engineering until full payment is received.
• Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

4. Warranties & Liability

• TL Engineering warrants that all products are built to a high standard of quality and workmanship.
• Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TL Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns will only be accepted if authorised by TL Engineering in writing.
• Cancellation of orders may incur charges for work already performed and materials purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, and specifications remain the property of TL Engineering unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
