Job Summary
TL Engineering is seeking a skilled Automotive Fitter to join our team in Western Australia. As an Automotive Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, and maintaining various vehicle components and systems, specifically those used in the body-building industry. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing mechanical components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical problems in vehicles
- Testing and calibrating mechanical systems
- Ensuring that all mechanical work is completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Qualifications and Experience
- Trade qualification in automotive fitting or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of successful automotive fitting projects
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
